29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floors and/or platforms four feet or more above adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded with standard railings (or equivalent) and toeboards: a. Vault Production Area/Turbin Cement Mixer: An employee was exposed to a 6 foot fall hazard while cleaning a Turbin cement mixer that was not equipped with a midrail, on or about 3/06/2013. Di-Ferraro, Inc dba Totowa Concrete Products was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 312860646, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 4/01/2010, with respect to a workplace located at 28 Burges Place.
