29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: (a). In the wood manufacturing plant a flexible power cord was used as permenate and fixed wiring providing 120 volts AC ran from the outlet plug, across the top of the manufacturing area, down the west wall and connected to the power plug of a dove tail router as observed on or about 02/28/2013.
