29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with the information specified under paragraphs (f)(1)(i) through (v) of this section for labels on shipped containers; (a) At North end of Mechanic's Shop, at office complex, 47 County Road 261, Shubuta, MS 39360 - On or about February 12, 2013, the employer had not labeled four 55 gallon drums of waste oil, a 250 gallon tank of waste oil and a 1000 gallon tank or waste oil exposing employee to the hazard of coming in contact with hazardous substances.
