29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. a) The eyewash station, located in the battery charging area, was blocked by tires and not accessible to employees for immediate emergency use. Central Transport Incorporated was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.151(c) which was contained in OSHA Inspection #309571263, Citation Number 2, Item Number 2a (repeat), issued on 4/10/2007, and reduced to (serious) at formal settlement on 01/28/2008, with respect to a workplace located at 1761 Fall River Avenue, Seekonk, MA.
