29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: On or about 10/24/2012 at 654 Univeter Road Canton, GA; an employee performing wing weighing operations was exposed to a 110 V electrical hazard where the line powering the scales at the wings line did not have effective strain relief. REPEAT VIOLATION Section 17(a) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970 and 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii). Pilgrim's Pride Corporation WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OSHA STANDARD WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION #314198573 CITATION #1 ITEM #23, ISSUED ON 09/02/2010.
