29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers used inside the building were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries. On or about January 18, 2013: a) On the North wall of the Rebuild Shop, a fire extinguisher located behind a drill press was not mounted. b) On the West side of the Rebuild Shop, a fire extinguisher adjacent to the roll-up door was sitting on the concrete floor and was not mounted or secured.
