29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(2)(iii): The employer did not provide information to the employees as to the location and availability of the written hazard communication program, and material safety data sheets required by 29 CFR 1910.1200: (Construction Reference: 1926.59) Hanger Deck, Building 2641, HSC-25, Andersen Air Force Base, Yigo, Guam. On or about July 19, 2012, and at times prior thereto, , employees were not aware of the Material Data Safety Sheets nor were they trained or did they understand the hazards, exposures, protections, and first aid associated with the use of various paints, primers, solvents, and other hazardous materials used at the worksite.
