29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: (a) Wood Chip Furnace - On or about July 11, 2012 employees were exposed to fire hazards while working near the furnace and they were not protected by a fire extinguisher with a current annual maintenance check. (b) Maintenance Shop - On or about July 11, 2012 employees were exposed to fire hazards while working inside the Maintenance Shop and they were not protected by a fire extinguisher with a current annual maintenance check.
