29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: This violation occurred on June 20, 2012, where at least one (1) employee was working at ground level and was not provided a hard hat to protect him from falling/flying materials. THE BARTOLO JIMENEZ WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.100(a), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 314178484, CITATION NUMBER 01, ITEM NUMBER 002 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON NOVEMBER 22, 2010, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 4344 HAMPYON ROAD, DALLAS, TEXAS 75232.
