Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: At DE Antonia Saez Irrizarry School, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act, wich was contained in PROSHA inspection number 311198188, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 12/18/2009. The DE Esc. Antonia Saez Irrizary did not provide training to his employees related to the establishment written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace, as required by the Act for the Implementation of a Protocol to Handle Domestic Violence Situations in the workplace or Place of Employment, Act No. 217 of 2006. Hazard: Injuries and illnesses related to domestic violence in the workplace. Method of abate the hazard: Employer shall provide training to all establishment's employees related to its written protocol for the handling of domestic violence in the workplace. En el DE Escuela Antonia Saez Irrizarry, fue previamente citado por violaciones a esta Norma de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico, contenida en la inspeccion de PROSHA numero 311198188, citacion 2, renglon 2, la cual se convirtio en orden final el 12/18/2009. El DE Esc. Antonia Saez Irrizary no proveyo adiestramiento a sus empleados relacionado al protocolo escrito para el manejo de casos de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo, requerido por la Ley para la Implementacion de un Protocolo para el Manejo de Situaciones de Violencia Domestica en el Lugar de Trabajo o Lugar de Empleo, Ley No. 217 de 2006. Riesgo: Lesiones, y enfermedades relacionadas a violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo. Metodo de correccion de el riesgo: Los patronos deben proveer adiestramiento para todos los empleados del establecimiento relacionado a su protocolo escrito para el manejo de casos de violencia domestica en el lugar de trabajo.
