Section 6(a) of the Puerto Rico Occupational Safety and Health Act: The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to: Seccion 6(a) de la Ley de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de Puerto Rico: El patrono no proveyo empleo y un sitio de empleo libre de riesgos reconocidos que esten causando o que puedan causar muerte o dano fisico a los empleados, por cuanto empleados estaban expuestos a: Employer DS Programa WIC did not have a sealer or a treatment for the roof, in the building since every time it rained, the roof would leak and the water storm drain sistem would flood, exposing the employees to falls, from wet floors. Hazard: Falls. Among other methods, one feasible and acceptable method to correct this hazard is to apply a treatment to mend the leaks from the roof and have the storm drain sistem checked. Patrono DS programa WIC no contaba con un tratamiento de sellado de techo del edificio, que evitara que el piso se mojara cuando llovia, el techo filtraba exponiendo a empledos a caidas, igualmente contaba con una alcantarilla de aguas de escorrentias, que se desbordaba cuando llovia. Riesgo: Caidas. Entre otros metodos, un metodo factible y aceptable para corregir este riesgo es aplicar un tratamiento de techo o sellado que repare el filtrado, y que hagan verificar el alcantarillado de escorrentias.o
