29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not immediately remove any fugitive grain dust accumulations whenever the exceeded 1/8 inch (0.32cm) at priority housekeeping areas, pursuant to the housekeeping program for grain elevators: Employees working in and near the feed mill were exposed to fire and explosion hazards. Dust accumulations were found greater than 1/8 of an inch in the following locations: a) Upper level of feed mill by manlift. Depth measured 2 inches deep. b) Pellet mill upper level under the cyclone. Depth measured 12 inches deep. c) Boot pit of feed mill by south leg. Depth Measured 8 inches deep. d) Boot pit of feed mill by north leg. Depth measured 8 inches dep. The Bartlett Cooperative Association was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.272(j)(2)(ii)) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315085852, citation number 01, item number 002 and was affirmed as a final order on June 13, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 401 N. Main St., Bartlett, Kansas. 29 CFR 1903.19(d0(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED FOR THIS ITEM
