George & Lynch was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.652(g)(1)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1529326, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on January 19, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at North of the intersection of Piping Plover Drive and Widgeon Path, Millsboro, DE 19966.
