29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition. 100 Southbridge St., Auburn, MA: On or about July 18, 2025, and at times prior, employees operated a Toyota forklift, model 42-6FGU15, that had two vertical support bars of the load backrest broken and missing and the forklift was not removed from service until restored to safe operating condition.
