29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- Lot 502, Thompson Drive, West Windsor NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 14 feet 9 inches, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold whose screen did not run the full length of the active walking/working surface. Condition observed on or about 06/26/25. Direct Builder's Trade, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(vii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1807933, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on May 13, 2025, with respect to a workplace located at 11 Charlotte Court, Marlton NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
