29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(B): Flexible cords and/or cables were run through holes in walls, ceilings, or floors: a) Jobsite, shop area, 101 Evans City Road, Butler, PA 16001: On or about June 3, 2025, a flexible cord plugged into a wall outlet (110 Volt) near the employee break area was run though the wall to the shop area where it was used to charge electrical equipment.
