29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer. (a) On or about April 15, 2025, located at 1136 West Wayland Drive, Oak Creek, WI 53154, the employer had not verified that employees had received fall protection training by preparing a written certification. Cardenas Construction LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1748462, citation number 2, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 24, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 252 Ponderosa Drive, Hartford, WI 53027.
