29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17): The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head. Location - Worksite: On or about 4/4/25, an employee was using a personal fall arrest system with connection point to his hip/front positioning ring. FRS Roofing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.502(d)(17) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1771632, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 1/30/25, with respect to a workplace located at 446 Main Street, Waltham, MA.
