Bldg. 1152: On or about April 1, 2025 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not ensure a written hazard communication program was in place to ensure that the hazards of all chemicals imported, stored, used and/or distributed from the warehouse were consistent with the provisions of the United Nations Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals (GHS), Revision 3. The transmittal of information to employee(s) was to be accomplished by means of comprehensive hazard communication program(s), which were to include container labeling and other forms of warning, understanding of pictograms, safety data sheets and employee training/comprehension.
