29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that each operator had successfully completed the training required by paragraph (l), except as permitted by paragraph (l)(5), prior to permitting an employee to operate a power industrial truck: On or about March 27, 2025, and times prior to, Sun Auto Tire & Service Inc. did not properly train and evaluate operators of Class II Hyster R30XMS3/S2 narrow aisle order pickers and Class IV Hyster S30FT/50FT powered industrial trucks at a worksite located at 2075 Corporate Circle in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Sun Auto Tire & Service Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.178(l)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1757435, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/21/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 479 Zoo Parkway in Jacksonville, Florida.
