29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(C): Where lockout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review (at least annually), between the inspector and each authorized employee, of that employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure being inspected: a)On or about 01/23/2025 throughout the production area; where the periodic review of authorized employees was not performed at least annually for each employee trained as an authorized employee. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED The American Sugar Refining, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1597531, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 09/09/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 692 Bailey Avenue, BUFFALO, NY 14206.
