29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that tension would not be transmitted to joints or terminal screws: a.) At the worksite, located at 1715 Temple Street Tampa, FL 33619; On or about 1/14/25, the employer exposed employees to electrical shock hazards with extension cords used to power up industrial fans and hand power tools did not have a secured fittings, exposing internal conduit from the cord.
