29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit route(s) were not kept free and unobstructed: (a) On or about January 13, 2025, and at times prior thereto, the storage room emergency exit door was obstructed. (b) On or about January 13, 2025, and at times prior thereto, the cooler storage emergency exit door was obstructed. The Circle K Stores Inc was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1528309, citation number 2 , item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 11, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 1205 N Market St, Sparta, IL 62286.
