29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. Location: Job site; On or about 12/17/2024, the employer failed to ensure that three employees exposed to fall hazards were properly trained to recognize the fall hazards and the procedures which needed to be followed to minimize the hazards. E & G Builders, LLC was previously cited for a willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1693061, citation number 2, item number 1-b and was affirmed as a final order on 03/05/2024, with respect to a workplace located at 61 Dunster Road, Bedford, MA 01730.
