29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1) - Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel: a) Location - Material Storage Area On or about, 11/21/24, the employer did not remove a powered industrial truck that was not in safe operating condition from service. Tighe Warehousing & Distribution Inc DBA Tighe Logistics Group was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1587938, citation number (1), item number (2b) and was affirmed as a final order on 09/01/2022, with respect to a workplace located at 45 Holton Street, Winchester, MA 01890.
