29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees. a. On or about November 6, 2024, in the warehouse, an electrical outlet used to power forklift charging units had a broken protective cover, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock hazards. b. On or about November 6, 2024, in the warehouse, a Summit II Series battery charging unit was missing a protective covering over the positive and negative output connection, thereby exposing employees to electrical shock hazards.
