29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: a) Comfort Systems USA; on or about October 17, 2024, at the address of 2387 Harding HWY Marion, OH; The employer did not ensure that the scaffold platform (man basket ) used to elevate personnel to higher levels was entirely attached to the forks of the Hyster 50 Powered Industrial Truck. The employee using scaffold in this condition was exposed to struck-by and fall hazards hazards.
