29 CFR 1910.1030(h)(2)(i): Training records shall include the following information: 1910.1030(h)(2)(i)(A) The dates of the training sessions; 1910.1030(h)(2)(i)(B) The contents or a summary of the training sessions; 1910.1030(h)(2)(i)(C) The names and qualifications of persons conducting the training; and 1910.1030(h)(2)(i)(D) The names and job titles of all persons attending the training sessions. a.)
