29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22): Employees using ladders were carrying objects or loads that could cause them to lose balance and fall:(a) a. On or about October 16, 2024, at the jobsite located at 25217 Balmoral Dr., Shorewood, Illinois, employees were carrying roof shingles up the ladder, thereby exposing the employees to hazards associated with falls. Fino Exterior Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(22) previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 16878919, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 711 E Crestwood Drive Arlington Heights, IL 60004.
