29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) In the warehouse, located at 5682 East Ponce De Leon Ave., Stone Mountain, GA 30083: On or about August 29, 2024, employees performing warehouse operations, were exposed to potential smoke inhalation and burn hazards, in that portable fire extinguishers were positioned on the floor, blocked by boxes and other material, and not readily accessible to employees.
