29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. (a) On or about August 12, 2024, at 10402 S Rosemont Lane, Oak Creek, WI 53154, the employer did not ensure that employees exposed to potential fall hazards had been trained to recognize and minimize the fall hazards associated with their work. HD Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1636859, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on February 14, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 259 Thomas Trail in Oconomowoc, WI 53066. HD Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1598323, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 2, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2844 Fox Lake Circle, Unit 101, Waukesha, WI 53189. HD Exteriors, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1568611, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on April 21, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 1767 Derby Lane in Oconomowoc, WI 53066.
