29 CFR 1910.22(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that all places of employment, passageways, storerooms, service rooms, and walking-working surfaces are kept in a clean, orderly, and sanitary condition. a) 731 Avenue H, Columbia, PA 17512 - On or about August 8, 2024, employees were using Silicon Carbide in the CrystalBlast 3624 sandcarving machine, and the silicon carbide residue covered the floor and passageways of employees causing a slip hazard. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
