29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employees engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At a worksite located at 1009 Wilds Parkway, Greenwood, MO, employees were exposed to fall hazards. The employer exposed the employees to these hazards by allowing them to perform construction work at heights greater than 6 feet without the use of fall protection. Instances of exposure include but are not limited to: 1. One employee exposed to falls greater than 10 feet while performing construction work on the second level of the structure near the southeast corner of the level. 2. Two employees exposed to falls greater than 8 feet while performing construction work on the second level of the structure near the center of the level. 3. One employee exposed to falls greater than 9 feet while performing construction work on the second level of the structure near the northern section of the level.
