29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify fall protection training by preparing a written certification record: (a) On or about July 18, 2024, at 1774 Tenth Street North, Fargo, North Dakota, employees who were not properly trained and the training certified for the use of a Safety Monitoring Fall Protection System, were exposed to fall hazards of over 18 feet while removing roofing materials from a flat roof.
