29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b). On or about: On or about July 15, 2024 Location: 118-128 Doral Greens Dr. W Rye Brook, NY 10573 a) CSHOs observed multiple people on 2-story residential roofs not utilizing fall protection approximately 20-25 feet in height. Fall protection available in work trucks. Workers exposed to fall hazards. Perry Verrone, LLC dba Perry's Roofing was previously cited for a repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518211, citation number 002, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 32 Nob Hill Dr., Elmsford, NY 10523.
