29 CFR 1926.1051(a): Stairway(s) or ladder(s) were not provided at all personnel points of access where there was a break in elevation of 19 inches (48 cm) or more, or no ramp, runway, sloped embankment, or personnel hoist was provided: On or about July 10, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards greater than 10 feet, while climbing down from the top-plate by means of the exterior wall and a 6-foot stepladder, on a residential construction site in Mahomet, Illinois. DANNY MILLER DBA MILLER CARPENTRY WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.1051(a), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1744057, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JULY 3, 2024, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED ADJACENT TO (WEST SIDE OF) 1212 E.
