29 CFR 1926.501(b)(15): Employees walking/working on a surface 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels that are not addressed in 1926.500(a)(2) or in 501(b)(1) through (b)(14) were not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system: (a) On June 7, 2024, at a construction site located at or near SW of I-94, exit 208, employees were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 6' while working from the top plate during the installation of roof trusses on a wood framed shop structure without the proper use of fall protection devices.
