29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: At the jobsite, employees installing shingles wearing fall protection but not tied off, were not provided a training program with hazard recognition and avoidance training where part of the job is to be exposed to fall hazards at a heights over 6 feet to the ground below. Jose Juan Delgado was previously cited for a Other-than Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1681435, Citation Number 2, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on July 10, 2023, with a final abatement date on August 7, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1025 Summer Grove Road, Midlothian, TX 76065
