29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to upper landing surfaces, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface to which the ladders were used to gain access: a. At the front right side of the Garage of a temporary worksite located at 4455 Water Oak Lane, Jacksonville, Florida 32244: On or about May 23, 2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards in that, the side rails of a portable ladder used to gain access to the roof, did not extend three feet above the roof, exposing employees to a fall hazard.
