29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4): Grinding machinery was not used with work rest(s) to support off hand grinding work. (a) Production Area: On or about 4/4/24, the employer did not ensure that grinding machine tool work rests were on one of the pedestal grinders, and adjusted to a maximum opening of one-eighth inch. West Warwick Welding, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1554496, citation number 02, item number 001b and was affirmed as a final order on 2/28/22 with respect to a workplace located at 970 Main Street, West Warwick, RI 02893.
