29 CFR 1910.124(j)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure airflow was adequate at least quarterly during operation: a.) Alpha Precision Group, LLC dba Alpha Sintered Metals, Kohler room, on or about 3/27/24 and at times prior thereto: Regular testing and inspections of the ventilation system were not being conducted to ensure equipment was operating properly and no hazardous conditions existed. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below). This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
