29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee exposed to fall hazards to enable them to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to follow in order to minimize them: a) Jobsite located at or near 348 Bridge Street, Phoenixville, PA- On or about March 14, 2024, the employer did not provide fall protection training to employees who were exposed to fall hazards. Employees were performing framing activities from heights greater than 6 feet without being trained on fall protection, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards. Solutions Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1647398, citation number 2, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2002 Brown St, Philadelphia, PA Solutions Construction, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1553242, citation number 1, item number 1-b, and was affirmed as a final order on March 8, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2500 E Tioga St Philadelphia, PA 19134.
