29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- Lower Roof Of Structure - 8 Earlington Avenue, Mullica Hill NJ: On or about 03/08/24 a roofing worker was exposed to falls when working and walking from a residential structure's lower roof without fall protection. Dynamic General Services, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1675156, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/31/24, with respect to a workplace located at 218-223 Stanton Road in Mount Holly NJ. Dynamic General Services, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.501(b)(13)), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1632443, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on 03/28/23, with respect to a workplace located at 62 Senator's Way, Berlin NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
