29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: (a) 2325 W. Livingston St. Allentown, PA, Roof: On or about March 12, 2024, employees were performing residential roofing work along the leading edge of a 3-story residential apartment complex while exposed to a fall hazard not less than 35 feet but were not provided training to recognized fall hazards. Road Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1686108, Citation 1 Item Number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on October 02, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 116 Main Street Bethesda United Methodist Church Middletown, DE 19709. Road Contractor Corp was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1686110, Citation 1 Item Number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on October 02, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 116 Main Street Bethesda United Methodist Church Middletown, DE 19709.
