29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a-37 Vinegold Drive, Mullica Hill NJ: On or about 03/08/24 the company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 10 feet 1 inch to the ground below, when performing sheathing installation and other related activates from a residential structure's pitched roof without the use of fall protection. b - 37 Vinegold Drive, Mullica Hill NJ: On or about 03/08/24 a worker was exposed to fall hazards in excess of 23 feet 9 inches to the ground surface below, when performing framing and other related activities while at unprotected edges of a residential structure's endframe and while standing on wood set within the upper, interior wooden chords within roof trusses while not using fall protection.
