29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: (a) Shore to ship power panel, Northwest side of support barge, vicinity of 400 Marine Way, Paducah, KY: On or about 3/07/2024, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to burn and shock hazards, in that the conductor was not protected from abrasions where it entered the 240V power panel.
