29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not ensure that material safety data sheets were readily accessible to the employees in their work area during each work shift: a) Jobsite located at 650 Fairmount Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19123 - On or about February 8, 2024, the employer did not ensure that safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace, including but not limited to Tricalcium Silicate and Dicalcium Silicate contained in the Keystone Portland Cement were maintained in the workplace. McNulty Masonry Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.1200(g)(8) , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1673650, citation number 1, item number 8b and was affirmed as a final order on 12/19/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 141 N 4th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
