29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control. On or about February 6, 2024, and times prior thereto, affected employees who performed the work of authorized employees did not receive training in the recognition of hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy associated with the equipment they serviced and/or maintained. M & H Crates, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1576879, citation number 1, item number 3a, and was affirmed as a final order on August 25, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 4022 FM 347 North, Jacksonville, Texas 75766.
