29 CFR 1926.503(b)(1): The employer did not verify compliance with paragraph (a) of this section by preparing a written (training) certification record including the name or other identity of the employee trained, the date(s) of the training, and the signature of the person who conducted the training or the signature of the employer: (a)Dalsin Inc., dba MJ Dalsin Roofing & Sheet Metal at 4510 West 41st Street, Sioux Falls, SD 57106: On or about and at times prior to February 2, 2024, the employer did not ensure a written training certification on the use of fall protection systems prior to an employee being exposed to fall hazards while working on a commercial property. This condition exposed the employee to fall hazards greater than six feet.
