29 CFR 1910.305(j)(2)(iv): A receptacle installed in a wet or damp location was not suitable for the location. On or about February 1, 2024, an electrical receptacle near a water source in the kitchen did not have a ground-fault circuit interrupter. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
